Jennifer Yemola has joined us as head pastry chef. She brings with her experience working at Morimoto's and The Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia. Jennifer has designed an enticing dessert menu with an artistic flair. Drawing on all of the senses her desserts effortlessly blend decadent flavors to enhance the taste and subtle textures to excite the mouth.

The Inn at Turkey Hill has recently won the prestigious Wine
Spectator Magazine "Award of Excellence" for 2006.
This award recognizes the Inn at Turkey Hill as having one
of the "most outstanding wine lists in the world."
The magazine honored the Inn for their list based on the well-rounded
selection and the choice offerings available in every wine
category.

Spectator Magazine is based in New York City and is considered
the premier source of wine information in the country. All
award winners are listed in the magazine's annual dining guide
appearing within the publication in early Fall 2007.
