Calling all homebrewers, craft beer enthusiasts, brewing clubs, or anyone curious about how your favorite pints come to life!

This winter, join us for a two-night, beer-immersive getaway that puts you right inside the brew house for a hands-on brewing adventure. Spend the day with our brewers, enjoy guided tastings, thoughtful pairings, and great conversation with Head Brewer Tim Plisiewicz and Assistant Brewer Bob Chillis.

  Your Two-Night Package Includes:

Friday Evening

  • Pre-brew meet-and greet with the brewers at 8:30*
    *time dependent on when the full group arrives on property
  • Overview of Saturday’s Brew Day, beer style & recipe discussion
  • Brew house safety guidelines
    • provided safety gear: rubber gloves, earplugs, & protective eyewear
  • Beer sampling & appetizers by THBC

Saturday – Brew Day

  • Breakfast at the Inn (Included with your stay)
    • Available between 7:30 & Mash-in-9:00am
  • Mash-in starts promptly at 9:00am
  • Lunch at 12:30pm (provided by THBC)
  • Brewing wraps up around 4:00pm

Saturday Evening- Wrap Up & Brewer’s Dinner

  • Return to the brew house at 6:30pm

  • a two-night minimum stay (Friday/Saturday) is required for this package.
  • The cost of the two-night stay is based on room type and nightly rate.
  • The Brewer’s Weekend Experience package adds $350 to the lodging total.
  • Reservations must be made by phone – this experience cannot be booked online.
  • Guests must book no later than the Thursday before the scheduled weekend.
  • a 7-Day cancellation policy applies (No cancellation if booked less than 7 days in advance.)
