Day Meetings
Not your average Pennsylvania meeting facility, The Inn at Turkey Hill in Bloomsburg, PA offers many levels of event planning to fit an array of needs. A refined alternative to the traditional banquet hall, The Inn at Turkey Hill offers two dining rooms for a small reception of up to twenty-four people. Centrally located in North Central Pennsylvania, the Inn is convenient for corporate retreats, day meetings and dinner parties. Our staff will be pleased to help you accommodate all of your guests’ needs.
Day Meetings Available Monday Through Friday Only
Full Day (8:00-4:30) ...$200.00
Half Day (four hours) ...$100.00
Day Meeting must be out of the room by 4:30
Coffee/Tea/Soft Drink Service ...$3.00 per person*
Continental Breakfast ...$6.95 per person*
Lunch Service ...$9.00 - $24.00*

Audio/Visual equipment must be arranged by patron with the
exception of a screen and flip chart.
Tables must be scattered in order to accommodate any audio/visual
equipment.
Telephone line is available in Mural
Room only.
High speed, wireless internet available throughout the inn.
Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance for
Day Meeting with lunch, with a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Day Meeting reservations must be held with a credit card.
Banquet/Dinner Parties
Parties on Friday or Saturday night require approval by management.
Six people at one table is maximum for the Greenhouse.
Parties of six or more are moved to Stencil or Mural
Room.
10 or more requires Banquet Menu
9 or less can go off Regular Menu
24 person maximum for parties
Private Room Fees apply
12 or less in Stencil Room
(one large table)
More than twelve in Mural Room
Maximum of 14 at one large table
Audio/visual equipment must be arranged by patron with the
exception of a screen for projector or overhead and a flip
chart.
Parties of 12 or more may choose to have butlered hors d ouerves
with a cocktail hour at a rate of $7.00 per person usually
done in the Tavern.
Cocktail hour can be open bar (one check) or cash bar (everyone
pays separately)
Sit down Dinner Service:
Parties may choose to offer appetizers in addition to entrees
or they may just opt to have entrees. Salad is served with
entrees and dessert is included in certain cases
Appetizers are $9.00 per person
Entrees are $27.00-$38.00 per person
Prices do not include taxes or gratuities.
Scattered tables of 14 or more are as follows:
24- Six tables of four or four tables of six
20- Four tables of five or five tables of four
18- Three tables of six
16- Two tables of five, one table of six
Parties over twelve must be held with credit card.
No shows are charged a minimum fee of 12 entrees.
