2017 Holiday Shopping Begins Veterans Day in Bloomsburg

Veterans Day Weekend kicks off this festive season with the Wildlife Art Expo at the Montour Nature Preserve, the semi-annual Bloomsburg Antique Show, and the opening of tree farms with specials events.

The Wildlife Art Expo at the Montour Preserve Visitor Center / Environmental Education Center will feature a display of original art with a wide variety of outdoor and wildlife themes. Artists’ media include photography, painting, pen and ink drawing, and woodworking. You can chat with the different artists and learn more about their creations on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Whether you’re an experienced collector or just beginning, you’ll find both a great variety of antiques and many kinds of collectibles. The show is family friendly, and includes homemade concessions.
